Our 2023 summer strength and agility program is on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday beginning May 31. Quite simply, we are trying to make our players (and participants in all AHS sports) better athletes. We utilize a strength component and an agility component every day. We also put a heavy emphasis on increasing our mental toughness and our competitive spirit.

The official dedication of the new weight room was June 18, 2015.
